We aim to dispatch your order the same day of your item(s) being made, the making of your item(s) usually takes us up to 3 days (max) after purchase.
Due to the UK leaving the EU on the 1st of January 2021, there have been some updates on posting outside the UK. Sadly, we are not responsible for any customs charges, please visit Royal Mail's website for more information on potential charges for imported goods in your country which the customer is liable for.
We are not liable for any orders that are lost in transit without a tracking number.

Return Policy
we want you to love your Embel product as much as we do, so if you aren't entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.
We are happy to offer a refund once the item has been sent back to us in its original condition. Costumer is responsible for the return costs. Once returned to us, you will be fully refunded for the price of the item(s) you purchased, this does not NOT include the postage price.
Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after purchase.

2. We will send you the return address
3. Post your item to us as tracked (we cannot provide you with a refund if item is lost)
4. Once the item has been received, we will confirm if the item is in its original condition.
5. If the item is resalable, you will be fully refunded (NOT including postage)
If your refund has not reached your account, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.
